American cyclist Lance Armstrong, seven-time Tour de France champion, returned to action winning the first stage of the Tour de Greune, in the U.S.
Armstrong won the first stage of the Tour de Greune, a race with competitors of ages between 35 and 39 only, with the best time. The 37 year old cyclist will race with the Astana Team, alonside Spaniard Alberto Contador( last year's Tour de France winner). He finished the 26,6 kilometers course with the time of 33min14s.
Second stage will be a 43 kilometer, two men team time trial also in Greune. Armstrong hasn't decided who will be his teammate.
