O Italiano Riccardo Riccò (Saunier Duval - Scott) venceu hoje a 6º etapa do Tour, essa foi a primeira etapa que contou com subidas, mostrando quem está realmente em boa forma para vencer o Tour 2008. chegando junto com Riccò chegaram Valverde e Evans.
